I’m excited to welcome you to “Margaret De Silva’s Kristang Cuisine” Mobile App. This app makes it more convenient as it stores our recipes direct on your mobile devices. Some recipes though précised like Pineapple Jam Tarts and Sugee Cake makes a world of difference when you watch the methods and this, we have done by giving you visual guides/tutorials. No professional videos, all shot by yours truly on my IPhone but it’s enough to make you get it right. Because we are all about encouraging home cooking/baking and keeping Traditional Authentic Kristang Cuisine alive, this app will also be useful to the younger generation of Eurasians to help them stay connected to our food heritage.
